What undergraduate major would a Pharmacists have had?
I have a family member who would like to become a pharmacist but she doesn't know what she should major in. I told her MD's usually have an undergraduate degree of biology, chemistry, or biochemistry. Do prospective pharmacists major in the same areas?

- Ya know, psych is a pretty popular 'pre' professional degree for many things - a girl I work with finished her bachelors in psychology as her pre-med last year (she's starting med school in July), a pharmacist I used to work with got his bachelors in psychology. The 4-year psychology degree seems to span across a variety of interests.
- The requirements are about the same as for pre-med majors. In most colleges they are the exact same, you definitely want to ask your advisor and an advisor at the College Of Pharmacy you are applying to if there are any variances.
