What is the emphasis of pharmacy school for getting a job as a pharmacists?

What is the emphasis of pharmacy school for getting a job as a pharmacists? Would the employer judge you by the pharmacy school you went to?

1. Pass your courses and be elgible for licensure. Only academic programs or residencies care about what school you went to.
2. No, it won't matter where you went to school. As long as you graduate, you'll get a job.
