Is it safe to buy medicine from an online pharmacy like 4rx.com?

Has anyone actually purchased from 4rx.com? They are based outside of the US. I have never bought from an online pharmacy before. With two kids and having been laid off from work due to the economy, I no longer have health insurance and can't afford cobra. I need a way to get cheaper meds. Thanks!

1. Sorry about your job and sorry I can not give you any first hand information about 4rx. I have looked at them but for the past few years I have been using the site The-Med-Store.com and they really are legit and have very low prices. hope this helps and good luck with finding a new job. Richard
2. Well, you still need a prescription to buy meds online, from legit sites. As for the ones that say you don't need an rx, they are scams. What you need to do is apply for patient assistance programs, which are offered by almost every pharmaceutical company, for their brand name medications. As for generics, they come pretty cheap, and most drug stores have a discount drug program (Walgreens, Rite Aid). Or buy your meds at Costco, they are much cheaper there. Don't waste your time or money on the Internet.
