Is it legal to sell ED drugs online using one's own web-site that isn't a registered online pharmacy?

Do I need a licence?If no, can I sell ED drugs online provided I clearly state that these drugs are potentially damaging if you have certain health problems and that the buyer should have had an examination by their doctor to see if they're able to take Viagra etc?

2. You cannot sell or distribute controlled drugs without a pharmacology license. If you can't buy it over the counter at a drugstore, then it is controlled.
